Typically, installations of domestic Intruder Alarm or CCTV systems can be completed in 4-8 hours. For larger domestic dwellings or commercial properties, this is likely to be 2-10 days and we may allocate multiple engineers – it all depends on the size of the system.

Once a quotation has been sent to you and you are happy to proceed, we will arrange a date for installation that suits you. Typically, this is within 1-3 weeks, but we can also arrange for installations months ahead if you have a particular date in mind. It is important to note that certain times during the year, such as the Summer Holidays, are often booked further in advance. Be sure to get in touch as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

In the security industry, an ARC stands for Alarm Receiving Centre and refers to a dedicated facility that monitors the signals from systems across the UK. For this facility, a device is incorporated into your system’s design. Monitored Alarm Systems routinely signal back and forth to an ARC, reporting the status or events. In the event of alarm activation, the ARC will call to communicate directly to your chosen Keyholders to notify them immediately. Instead, we install home security systems on an outright sale basis rather than a monthly charge – this way you know the service you’re receiving and the full fee for installation and equipment up front.
