Our 12-month guarantee on all domestic installations  offer you peace of mind should anything not work as intended.  We also provide a 24-hour, emergency call-out service for all domestic CCTV burglar alarm systems. This facility is available 365 days a year for maintained customers, meaning that our team of dedicated engineers are on-hand to solve any problems you may encounter - we’re here for you, whenever you need us!

How much does  CCTV maintenance cost? 

Our annual domestic CCTV servicing appointments  start from £65.00 + VAT (maintained rate). All CCTV systems are different so we may require some information to quote for the individual requirements of your current installation. 

If your CCTV system was not installed by Lynx  but you would like us to begin your annual maintenance, we would need to conduct a Takeover Service initially - please contact us to  find out more.

What does a CCTV camera maintenance service entail?

Full audit  of the system including:

- A check of the number and types of cameras 

- Check of warning labels/signs 

- Check all cables/conduit 

- Check picture quality of each camera 

- Check all glands and seals (external) 

- Clean all cameras and housings

- Check recording device is functioning correctly (where applicable)

What are the benefits of annual maintenance?

Ensuring that Lynx Fire & Security conduct your annual CCTV maintenance offers peace of mind that your alarm system is working correctly - routine maintenance can often prevent issues before they occur. Our appointments usually take around 30 to 60 minutes and are minimally disruptive to your day - a small sacrifice to make to ensure that your system operates perfectly all year round. 

Our service costs include 12 months access to our out-of-hours engineers and callouts at a reduced rate if visits are required in between service visits.
