By connecting your intruder alarm system to our NSI approved Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) you’ll benefit from 24 hour surveillance, 365 days a year. Should any threat be detected, our operators take immediate action, alerting either yourself, other named Keyholders or the local Police depending on your preference.
What is Required for Monitoring?
Monitoring with an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), also known as a Monitoring Station, requires security alarm monitoring equipment to be connected to your intruder alarm. Communicating directly with the ARC via a SIM, IP internet connection or a combination of both, the system and ARC are in communication about the status of the security alarm system and any activations or faults that occur.
Keyholder Response
Under Keyholder Response, your nominated Keyholders can be informed of activations or faults at your property. Ideally, keyholders should reside no more than 20 miles or 20 minutes from the premises for fast response if they need to attend.

Police Response
If required, a Police URN (Unique Reference Number) can be allocated. With this, the local Police can be contacted in the result of a confirmed activation (2 separate devices triggered within 20 minutes). Keyholders are still informed but the Police will be actioned to the property also.
Want to be notified of faults or activations without being linked to an ARC? Diallers can inform you via a SIM card or an App can send push notifications to your mobile device.
