Our Executive Assistant Issy is raising money for Prostate Cancer Research UK.
''In March 2023 I will be running a total of 160k (just under 100 miles) to raise money for Prostate Cancer Research
Last year my Dad was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer and I am happy to say that he was lucky enough to fight through it and now has the all clear.
Even though my Dad's story was a success, I would still like to raise some money to give back to the Charity so they can continue their research to help with Prostate Cancer. If it wasn't for their research my dad may not have been as lucky.
I will be posting all of my runs throughout March as proof so you can keep up to date and follow me along my journey.
I am aiming to complete 160k however if my body can allow more, I will personally be donating £2 for every extra kilometre I can push for; so your support will be very much appreciated.
Prostate cancer is now the most diagnosed cancer in the UK and 11,500 men die from the disease every year, with this number only increasing. Families affected by prostate cancer need breakthrough treatments, and research is the only way to turn this hope into reality.
Their vision is clear; a world where people are free from the impact of prostate cancer.
Every pound raised will help PCR to continue their vital work.''
